Brilliant gym! My husband and I are both really impressed with Phil’s knowledge and approachability! Great to have his expert guidance when returning to a gym after a few years and also for rehab for Graham after his knee operation. All the equipment is state-of-the-art with all the info and entertainment you could wish for! Looking forward to enjoying many more visits and seeing our fitness improve! Graham is already addicted! Great gym with up to date machines and a great weights area. Beautiful changing rooms. Wonderful coffee, tea etc. Phil and Sara are lovely people, always ready to help when you need it.
Fabulous facilities, great staff who are knowledgable and professional in their approach, a welcoming atmosphere and fantastic equipment, all this goes to make a gym that is infectious to use and thats open 24/7.
