Extremely crowded as it is the only lounge open at Heathrow. I appreciate that staff are doing their best however to serve customers. Empty glasses and plates were quickly cleared away, and tables were wiped after use. Decent food and drinks available as well (not self-service).

Everything was perfect, Nothing negative to mention about the place. Receptionist was very welcoming and staff was really friendly and helpful. Good number of seats and tables was available and it wasn’t crowded at all. Due to the COVID-19 there wasn’t many options for food but yet I did really enjoy my meal. Hot and cold food was available, Bar was open and I was able to see there was a good variety of drinks but I didn’t try anything. The entire Lounge was really clean and staff was constantly trying to keep the place clean and tidy. Overall it was a really good experience and I will be going back there again.

Currently (1/1/21) low traffic, and pleasant enough. The automatic 'swiss' coffee machine produces unbelievably bad coffee -- stick with the tea. Otherwise, clean and reasonable food/beverage. Plenty of seating and the toilets were clean. Could use more visible flight status boards.

The lounge is a fantastic place to relax from the Stress of travel in these crazy times. The staff are amazing looking after your needs. I love to use the lounge when flying it make the experience so much better.

The plaza lounge was one of the better ones that I have been to. Plenty of different types of seating, stools, chairs and tables, arm chairs and private single person chairs. There was a nice bar area and the soup I had was tasty.
