Playbark

SNEAKY and DISHONEST business. We bought some chipping from playbark (product absolutely fine) but it turned out we had to return them. I spoke on the phone to Stephanie and I was given the cost for collection. I called them after collection to ask when they will process the refund and It turns out that the collection cost doubled up AFTER they collected. Reasoning being that they had to charge both ways of the journey for collection and delivery (?!?!) but that was NEVER mentioned before collection. Not a nice way to treat your customers. All Stephanie had to do is to be honest. We would have returned them anyway and we would have been satisfied clients.
