I took the Chichen Itza and cenote tour with Coco Beach Tours and set everything up with Rubi who was very responsive, friendly, and helpful in all of our emails back and forth. The tour was amazing and I felt I got way more out of it than I paid. Definitely a great deal for a 13 hour all day experience. I learned quite a lot about Mayan history and culture as well which was a bonus! I'm sad to be leaving town but next time I'm back I'll definitely book my tours with Rubi again! Thanks for an amazing experience!

My and my wife never been to Mexico until now. We've decided to book an excursion with Coco Beach Tours because of great reviews and were not disappointed. We booked online the day before and recieved a confirmation and helpful info same day. The next day we were picked up from the hotel by an extremely friendly tour guide. There was a bit of confusion on the number of activities but Ruby worked it out over the phone quickly. Rest of the day was fantastic. A knowledgable and friendly guide Carlos was with us every step of the way. He fed us lunch and provided nonstop entertainment. He had a tough task of hearding cats...i mean tourists through out the day but he was up to the task. At the end of the day he dropped us off at the hotel and gave us some info on local restaurants and shopping. It was extremely friendly atmosphere through out. He was switching between English and Spanish constantly and kept everybody informed. Thank you Carlos and Ruby for providing this great experience.

We visited playa del carmen 3 months ago and is so horroble go by the avenida 5a listening to everyone trying to sell you something you don't want to... I think that like no one. We are looking for a place to eat that is the pirate and before we saw a bike with a painting of a monkey on one side and are not made very funny. go to that place and Martha we attended in truth the treatment they gave us was super! I was surprised because we sold a week of activities was less than half the price for our hotel and they gave us free bikes! that's a plus for your agency... I invite you to book it or send you a whatsapp or visit its page it is worth booking excursions there.

So glad I decided to stop in and chat with Rubi. She was so helpful! They also have a lot of different tour options to choose from. My sister and I had a great time at Xel-ha! I highly recommend her and will definitely be choosing her for other tours.

The staff are really helpful and go the extra mile. A tour guide met us at the condo where we stayed for a walk through and showed us the condo. They are always available to answer ANY questions and they made us feel very welcome. We also received an awesome welcome package. Their tours are well priced. They definitely make it easy to stay in Playa del Carmen.
