Its good if you are in Gorleston and want to take kids out and not looking to go too far or spend too much. The kids had a good time playing in the 3 different areas. The place is not too big which I preferred as not crowded. Spent less than 25 for 3 kids for entry and meal, however meal does not include drinks. Would be good idea to have staff occasionally monitoring the under 6 area to make sure its used by under 6 only. For adults \don't forget your coats\ it was cold inside for me but then again am not running around sweating. Guessing it has to be like that because of the kids so they don't get too hot while playing. A few lifted carpet that's needs to be dealt with and some painting needed in some places. Toilet was clean and well stocked.
Amazing place to take your kids and entertain them but is very cold
Came here Wednesday and it was so busy! The atmosphere was great, my four children had a fab time and the equipment was well kept. The young chap and the older girl front of house were very polite and made the whole experience a good one despite being rushed off their feet. Nothing was too much trouble and we weren't rushed despite my kids taking ages to decide on which sweets they wanted! There was another young girl going round clearing tables almost as soon as they were empty. A very efficient team. We will definitely be back.
The actual play area is lovely and lots to do for children. However the place is absolutely filthy. The whole place is thick with dust and dirt under and on top of all the climbing soft play areas. Its years and years of dust and dirt build up and seriously needs a deep clean! For a child who has asthma or a dust allergy it could potentially cause a lot of issues.
