Plenty of free parking, great indoor space amazing areas for under 3 and older kids. Staff very friendly. Safe secure environment. Menu could offer abit more of a variety with drinks and food otherwise I would give five out of five stars.

Fabulous place!!! I took my god daughter and had as much fun as she did! The new owners are continually looking for ways to improve the place. A fun, bright and wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
We went to a tea with Santa tonight and the whole experience was well organised and felt completely at ease. Thank you so much for all your hard work to make this event such a success xx
The PlayShack is a soft play area that I've always been searching for. The layout is perfect, allowing all parents to relax and see everything that is going on. The play area is very big and theres a separate area for under 4's. Costa Coffee is also served here. The people here all seem nice and friendly and the children are well behaved. My kids absolutely love it and I enjoy myself too. It's also very cheap! It's my favourite place to go in winter when I'm off work. Weekends get busy but that's with everything that is good. Week day mornings are the best time to visit.
Great soft play area, well managed, seating area is comfy. Food and drinks are brilliant. Best part of all is the whole place secure, toddlers and children can't escape unnoticed!
