Tried to charge 250 (350 for original parts) for replacing a headlight that \wont adjust down\. The headlight was perfectly fine and another garage adjusted the lights for 15. Also on MOT they give only 1 day for a free retake, which pretty much gives you no option but to pay whatever they ask. This is their choice, but below industry standard. People may be nice but if you care about your wallet condition not only about smiles going your way, I personally recommend to avoid.

Brought a fiesta about 4 weeks ago Chris was not pushy just gave us all the info and everything went smoothly. Great Garage this is the 3rd car we have brought from Platts with no complaints

The worst service imaginable. Particularly the guy named John who let a Mondeo overheat and said it was fine to drive after putting some water in the engine, the cylinder head cracked as a result. An 8,000 repair job. Rubbish service, no customer value. Do not waste your time with these people.
