Don't touch this product with a bargepole. Had one for the last three years has been nithung but trouble in this time. Installer called numerous times for faults. Platinum sent own man down as well twice to sort out power swivel. Tends to stop when using for no reason at all. As i speak it is now doing its own thing my starting to move all by itself leaving it off charge with the annoying bleep every second. Why it would move my itself is a mystery to me. Never does it when installer comes to do service. Remote control are worse than useless may get halfway then stops! A few times I have had to walk up stairs as it was quicker than waiting for the remotes to call chair down, believe my I am very slow getting upstairs with my M. S. So as you can imagine the frustration this caused. Installer tried to tell me it was interference caused by the low energy lighting. Clutching at straws comes to mind, if this was the case why do I have same problems when all lights are turned off. Biggest waste of money I have come across
