I had contacted far too many contractors to remember to diagnose my damp problems before speaking to Platinum Preservation and was left frustrated and hopeless in my attempt to resolve the problem. After speaking to Frank, however, who came to assess the problem, I was given a clear and logical diagnosis. Having just now had the work completed I would highly recommend Frank and his team who are something of a rarity in the trade right now; honest, fair and reliable and will go above and beyond to leave you satisfied with the results.

Frank tells it like it is. Reliable. Honest. Punctual. Clean. Friendly. I had issues with previous damp proofing and luckily that person stopped responding to my calls which led me to Frank. Frank told me upfront what work would need to be carried out to ensure best possible course. He told me the day he would start and kept me informed throughout the work. He even did a small side job for me that I've been meaning to do while plasterer was in. My wife said the floors never looked so good. We are confident we wont need to call on Frank again while in this house unless it's to scrub the floors. Excellent job!
We had a mains water leak under our house which was causing significant rising damp. This company had been recommended to me as specialists in this field. After contact was made Frank arrived and immediately set us at ease on what needed done and how long it would take. It was very reassuring knowing we had hired someone who is an expert in his field. The lads came to work on time early every morning and during this process Frank guided me through it all step by step. At the end of each day the work areas were left spotless. All furniture was covered up and upon completion the work was excellent and up to the highest standards. I can't recommend this company enough.
Would definitely recommend. After attempting to resolve an ongoing damp issue in the house through multiple other companies to which they never returned to carry out the job causing major headaches and stress; we thankfully stumbled across Platinum Preservation & Frank and we couldn't be happier. He was knowledgeable and always willing to detail what he was going to do/what he had done. Extremely punctual and always professional throughout his work. Frank and the team always ensured to leave the house tidy and clean after each day of work. Frank will definitely be the first person I'll be calling going forward if I need work carried out.
