The service provided was excellent and worth the money we spent for a private tour. Our guide was experiment nice, answering all questions, anticipating our needs. We wanted an as authentic as possible tour and, although touristic by nature, the tour was providing the sense of authenticity. Last but not least the diner served was excellent. I strongly recommend this company for a desert tour in Dubaï

I must write the review in order to set expectations for other people who are considering booking Heritage Safari. I did this tour years ago and it was immaculate, I also used to recommend it to all my clients, friends and family. I went few days ago myself and I must say it was disappointing. The Heritage Safari is way more expensive then with other companies and the quality is just the same now (I have tried quite few companies in dubai). You will be picked up with horrible old mini van and that's your ride for 1h to the desert and 1h back. When I asked them what car will pick us up they just said Ford Explorer or Mini Van (due to high price I did not expect that van will be literally falling apart). Once we arrived my family asked for Henna drawing and they told us that due to COVID they are not doing it (fair enough) BUT couldnt you let us what is not included anymore before we booked?! That would be fair. Also fun thing is that shisha is \safe to consume\ in COVID times but Henna is not. The food is average (nothing mind-blowing). So people if you are looking for exceptional desert safari this won't be your \luxury experience\. The best thing on this tour are people and immaculate desert dunes, but it doesn't justify the price. I understand that cost cutting is due to COVID, but again you cannot make guest pay full price and not receive the full experience.
Under the stars\ an over night stay, added on with wild life safari. For Family of 4 (2adults and 2 kids) Amazing experience staycation. A quality family time, away from devices and electronics... kids love it so much and they want to go back again (age of 13 and 11). Thanks to Richa who made a booking for us. Many thanks to \Gert\ and his team for warm welcome and to take good care of us, his knowledge and professional and humbleness make us feel comfortably safe and fun. Dinner was preparing at the spot... the quality and teste more than our expectation. The walk and bon fire with marshmallow was the high-light for our kids. The camp site was very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was very nice. The only one suggestion is if the bed could have been more comfortable, it would be perfect. Regards, Family of 4 booking on 16th February 2021

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The tour from start to finish (minus the booking process couple days prior) was absolutely amazing and very well organised. We booked the Bedouin breakfast and love lake desert safari for 5 adults and 4 kids (aged 1,4,5 and 7). You can tell the entire team gives their all to give you the best experience possible. Our guides for the day, Mehdi and Abdou, were remarkable. Not only were they fantastic with our kids and entertained them while we enjoyed the experience to the fullest, they were also very knowledgeable and overall just an absolute joy to be around. I did consider giving 4 stars because booking the experience online/through WhatsApp was an absolute headache. But this is not what I will be remembering when I think of this beautiful memory. There’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to customer service on the HQ end. Unless you’re a ‘basic booking’ (we were a family of 9, including small kids) I’d recommend calling them. I tried booking online with the help of costumer service over WhatsApp but the communication was very bad. It wasn’t until I picked up the phone we managed to finalize our booking one day prior.
Very professional from pickup to drop off and everything in between. The vintage Land Rovers are a great part of the experience. The authentic cuisine at the Bedouin camp is amazing and plentiful. Highly recommend this company.

A camel ride is a ‘must do’ and there are other companies also offering the service and some cheaper - but this one is absolutely worth every penny and pick this one instead! What sets Platinum Heritage apart is you get a true cultural experience. In addition to the ride, they show you how they make bread and coffee and offer henna tattoos. The food was all very well described and absolutely delicious! You will leave stuffed and with amazing memories!
