The camp site itself is very basic and not impressive... The focus is on experience - which is brilliant. One thing they had not compromised on was the food. The food itself justified the premium costs associated with Platinum The staff are friendly and collaborative. Each staff is empowered and knowledgeable. I am surely going to recommend this to all my friends visiting UAE

My husband and I enjoyed our camel safari during our visit to Dubai in December. We were picked up from the La Ville hotel at City Walk in a 1980 Defender. It was a 45 minute ride to the desert conservation camp. We were then geared up for our 45 minutes camel ride with a souvenir bag with 2 reusable stainless steel water bottles and a head scarf. There were 3 camels connected by a short rope in between and each trio of camels were lead by one guide. While the website stated 2 people per camel, each one of the guests rode a camel. The camels were very tame and docile. At the end of the camel ride, we reached a camp site with lots of rugs and pillows set up for a falcon demonstration. The setting sun served as a great backdrop to the falcon demonstration. As the sun set, so did the temperature, so dress warm when scheduling an afternoon camel safari in cooler months like December and January. We then rode in the Defender to another camp site a few minutes away from the falcon show for our Emirati meals. This camp site was big and surrounded by a 6 foot wall. It had toilets for men and women. The food we were served were delicious and plentiful. There starters, main entrees and desserts. We did try some camel meat. It was a little gamey like lamb but tender. There were lots of choices for drinks (water, warm camel milk, teas, coffee and juices). They did have an area for smoking hookah (?), which we did not try. At the end of our 6 hours safari, we were returned to our hotel by our previous guide/driver. Our guide/ driver, Ahmil, was very funny but professional. Would recommend this safari to those who seek adventure outside the concrete jungle and to making memories. On a side note, they do have someone taking pictures and videos of your camel ride and will offer them for purchase at the end of your meal.
Super erlebnisse. Ballooning war mega schön, frühstuck war lecker und viel Auswahl. The Driver Lïze was super friendly and I really commend you doing this! Its expensive but worth it. My daughter enjoyed also the Camel riding.

One of the best tour attractions in Dubai, I had a awesome experience, the tour with the camel was unbelievable great, the falcon show, and the Bedouin tent experience was amazing. The food served on the tent was phenomenal. What a great afternoon, thank you to our guide Nikki very nice guy.
We thoroughly enjoyed our Platinum Heritage experience. Our guide was friendly and informed. Everyone involved in the experience was absolutely fantastic. The falconry show was very good and also educational. The camel ride was a fun way to get to our dining location. The camels are extremely well cared for...clean and friendly. The food was very good and it was lovely to sit in our private hut while having a romantic dinner. I also very much enjoyed the Emirati woman who came around to do henna. She is so talented! I highly recommend the experience.
