I bought a iPad a week ago, unfortunately, I had problems setting up apple id and was locked out. What a week of stress, have tried several computer repair shops in Hartlepool, with no success at all, till this morning when I rang Platinum Computers, spoke to a lovely man called Mick, I explained what the problem was and went to the shop. Within 2 hours, it was all sorted, I am extremely pleased with the help I got, thank you very much, your help was very much appreciated.
