Super ambiance, very nice atmosphere. Outside terrace and dog friendly (outside)!! Good choice of food more than usual dare I say?! Worth the stop!

Pretty cool looking pub/restaurant. The portions were very generous. I had the roast beef. The gravy was really delicious but the beef was a bit dry and overcooked. Good service.
Great place to dine-in, relaxed atmospere with a blended rustic and modern decor. Friendly staff and good food flavours.
So was here for an early dinner and when we walked in the décor was absolutely amazing. Was seated quickly and politely by a gentleman at the bar. Unfortunately the waitress that served us could have been a little bit more upbeat and seemed to have a mood about her which ruined the initial atmosphere. For starter I had the haggis bombs which were lovely, but would have preferred no batter as it took the flavour away from the haggis and it didn't need the root veg as it was enough on its own, the sauce could have been focused on a little more with more whiskey flavouring. My partner had the liver parfait which was disappointing. The oat cakes where stale and the chutney needed cutting up more and was too liquid. The mains were outstanding and so was the dessert. Over all rating 4/5. Couldn't give the last star because of the waitress at the begining and starters.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming and always at your service. The food was perfection, best meal I had in my weeks holiday in the highlands, so good I treated myself to starter, main and dessert! Drinks selection was very good. The style of the restaurant was quirky to, which gave it a nice feel and lots of little things to admire.
