Banging. Always get the kids meal, great value. Children love it, perfect for them. The young gentlemen who works in there is always very nice. The food is even perfect in lockdown, the only thing missing is the staffs wonderful smiles.

If you like your chips with a slight crunch like me you'll love these chips. The haddock was ok and the batter was nice and thin.
I know everyone claims their local chippy is the best, however this really is.. Food is always fresh, tasty and great value for money. The team who run it are super friendly, and I'm sure the shop will remain for many more years!
Been our go to chippy in penarth since we moved here 12 years ago have tried all the new ones popping up but always come back to plassey. Great portion size, great value and great service.
Best Chip shop in Penarth. Always busy, but worth the wait. I had rissoles, chips and curry sauce.
