I would not recommend doing business with this dealer. They agreed to take back a prior Genesis automobile and pay off the remaining balance due when I leased a new Genesis. Months later I began receiving bills from Genisis finance for unpaid amounts due. I have reached out to the dealer repeatedly and they refuse to honor their obligation. Just the type of behavior that gives car dealers a bad name.
Ernest is the best service rep. Fast friendly and efficient. He is the reason that I have bought 2 cars and Rick Case and will continue to do so!
This place has its moments. One moment they are good the next moment they are terrible. Colin and the Service team are great. However their process for payment and overall customer service definitely could use some coaching.
