Took a week to fix the issue in my new 1week old Jeep. Turned out to be a defective batterie. When I got it back, they had scratched it in 3 places.

i was having trouble pumping gas in my Jeep Compass. Kept backing up. Ted in service informed me that i could be fixed. He ordered the parts. I brought car back and now everything back to normal. Ted was the best. Massey Yardley did everything one could ask for short of filling my tank. Tony
We love the vehicle and our sales rep, Kersten, was personable and accommodating. If only the vehicle had been properly detailed and the interior properly cleaned. The manager's response was there was \only one guy doing clean-ups and sales got slammed\. No excuse so only 3 stars.
I had a great experience with Mervin Span. I highly recommend getting in touch with him. We spent 2 weeks researching and test driving different makes and models of mini vans. Never once did I feel pressured to hurry my decision. He wanted us to make the best choice for our situation.
Coming from a person in the same business, I can honestly say it was such a pleasure to work with Jim. He accommodated me from start to finish. He was completely honest and upfront with me the entire time. He respected my budget and vehicle of choice. Best of all, he made it happen without the annoying back and forth negotiation you deal with at every other dealership. Marvin was awesome too. If i could give them more stars I would. I'm in love with my new Grand Cherokee Limited X.
