I was really surprised here. When we went in, no one came up to see us, so we eventually after some very awkward looks with the people working near the back counter sat down, and then ordering also took forever, but once all of that was out of the way things went amazingly well. The food was so good that all of the awkwardness and unserviced waiting at the beginning can be overlooked. we had planned an order for the two of us but then went for the three dishes plus a soup for 37 and it was a completely incredible experience. the service was wonderful, and we even had our individual bowls filled for us and served to us from the serving bowl by the wait staff, and not only the soup but also all three entrees we ordered were top notch for flavor. The beef and eggplant was just crazy rich and rice was necessary to cut it down, in a good way. the beef got very chewy and I ended up always having to take a piece of bell pepper or some more rice to help get it down, but I don't mean that in a bad way. The fish and tofu in Sichuan sauce was my favorite dish, and I pity anyone who doesn't order it. I mean that, you messed up and should order that next time. The Beijing spare ribs looked like anemic chicken fingers in Orange sauce, but did taste like pork strips and had a deep sweetness to them that I already miss.

Not as good as in the past but maybe this is a one off experience given the numerous visits over the past many years with no issues. Half the restaurant was closed and far lesser carts were available which made for longer lulls in getting the dim sum. Quality was good though a few items were a miss. 76 (includes tip) for our party of five. Likely will try another dim sum spot next time.

The food is fine when dinning in, but when order to go, it’s bad. Paid 10 for a VERY small portion of stirfried vegie ( like what you would bring home leftover) . 30 for Pecking duck and instead got roasted like duck, cold anf soggy, and the drive was less than 10mins. Ordered few times before, never this dissatisfied and disappointed

This is not one of your cavernous dim sum emporiums, characteristic of a big city Chinatown. This eatery is tucked away in a Plaza just west of 75 and Legacy. The Sunday dim sum choices come out on carts and are hit and miss. The pork fried dumplings were tepid, dry and chewy but the steamed shrimp dumplings were flavorful and piping hot. The steamed barbecue pork bun was generous on bun and stingy on pork. The beef tendon was a unique taste and texture experience, steeped in a garlic and sweet and sour sauce, the tendons were silky and mildly chewy. Prices are fair, with our meal for five plates coming to 25 plus tip.

Absolutely wonderful, best chinese food in dallas, their staff is polite and orderly, and their food is something I'd be happy to clean dashes for, mrs. Chen is a wonderful woman to speak to I always get their sesame seed balls after a good meal
