I was looking for an SUV and decided to get a GV80. Since it’s a new model, inventory is low and most dealerships don’t have any for sale and are taking deposits. Genesis of Plano had 3 for sale. I called and spoke with Christian Lewis. Once I arrived, I also met Ken Winston, General Sales Manager. From the beginning, I could tell that these guys are true professionals. I had a great experience at Genesis of Plano. Sales staff was nice, professional, and personable. Financing manager was also very nice and personable. The showroom was nice and clean, as were the sales offices and financing office. The all digital paperwork feature was quite nice, saved me from having to sign my name on 100 different documents. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Joon Lee was my sales rep and was great
