Dr. Holt and the staff at Plano Endodontics are ALLSTARS!! I was in the worst pain of my life from a dental error and Dr. Holt took such good care of me. I was a patient for 10 months straight and every visit I felt cared for and was in the best hands! Dr. Holt goes out of her way to see emergency patients and get them out of pain! Haley (at the front desk) is just the sweetest and the entire staff is INCREDIBLE! I LOVE LOVE LOVE and highly recommend this endo office!

I made an appointment to see Dr. Holt at 9:30 this morning. I was not able to be seen, because she was running behind. I waited about an hour and a half, before having to leave. She did call me this evening and apologized in depth, and told me that she would see me tomorrow morning if I would like. She seems like a very nice lady, but I was fairly frustrated with my inability to be seen during my regularly scheduled appointment. I do appreciate that she took time to call and apologize. It takes a lot of humility to call and admit A mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, even doctors. I can’t particularly speak to her work, but she seems like a nice lady.

My appointment for a root canal went very smooth. Everyone was very helpful polite and made me feel at ease. I liked the soft rock music selection at the office very relaxing. I highly recommend Plano Endodontics my visit went very well.
