I went to this dealership and experience customer care at its finest! The staff is incredibly professional and devoted to helping you with what you want exactly! The fact no documentation hidden cost (799 or 1299) like a lot dealership have is fantastic. The service was excellent and most of their cars come with factory warranty. I didn’t feel pressured, obligated and or rushed while being there. They do their best to accommodate your needs, and guide you through what is best! (Glad I’m not getting ripped off)! I actually was looking to just sell my truck and went to carmax but noticed that they buy cars here too across the street. Went in and I can't believe how fast I just sold a car.. they gave me 200 more than carmax would, within 5 minutes I just saved 200 while browsing their luxurious showroom, nice inventory will consider buying from them if they are that quick with business.
We went in with our three sons, one of whom is only a year and a half old, and Josh provided us with excellent customer service. I can't speak highly enough of him and the dealership. They expedited us through the process, kept us comfortable and informed, and had us out in a new vehicle in no time, with no hidden fees, no hassles, and great trade in value on our old vehicle. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone. Just amazing service all the way through. Jacob took amazing care of me. He is very Knowledgeable and polite with no sales pressure. I bought one Audi I’ll be back very soon to buy another car. Plus most dealerships have you wait like 4 hrs but not hear I was in and out in 30 minutes. Keep it up Auto Merchants
