Fantastic experience with Plan Masters. Needed some drawings as part of our planning application and they were always prompt to respond as well as listening intently to give us exactly what we needed. Wouldn't hesitate to use again on future projects and certainly would recommend to others. Very impressive!

Great experience. Planmasters recently completed the plans for a loft extension for me. I was impressed by how patient they were with me after I modified the design on multiple occasions. Sandeep went the extra mile to make sure the plans were quickly approved and that I had hard copies of the plans on time to show and discuss with the builders. He responded to all my queries quickly, including the more urgent requests made outside of working hours. The builders I used are registered with the federation of master builders and they had no issues with the plans produced. I requested the builders to quote to the drawings and the extensive details listed on the drawings meant that the builder was responsible for supplying a number of items which came under discussion which I otherwise may have had to purchase if left off the drawing. Having been let down by our previous Architect, we contacted Sandeep @ Planmasters. He efficiently dealt with the planning permission for our outbuilding. We appreciate Sandeep for his dedicated work. He is friendly, reliable and hardworking. We highly recommend Sandeep.
Would like to say a huge thank you to Sandeep who has really gone above and beyond to help me with my planning permission process. we have applied for rear extension, loft and converting garage into a living space. Sandeep made architectual designs and submitted all for me. He has supported me with guiding my builders/ visited the house several times to oversee the project at no additional cost. When i chose sandeep for my project we spent time to just talk and design what will be a home for me and my wife. We was not rushed nor did we have a huge invoice to pay. Sandeeps knowledge in building/ rennovations has really helped our build. He has done all our building calculations and accepted by Redbrudge council. He has always responded via email/ phone/ text instantly to all my queries, not once i had to chase him. I highly recommend people to speak to Sandeep and discuss your project with him. Dont let other reviews put you off, everyones situation is different. Will use plan masters again for sure !!
I have no hesitation in recommending plan masters. Sandeep was extremely helpful and fast. He understood my plans and helped me with my application that was approved.
