The building I live in has upgraded the machines that use the CSC payment cards, and the previous cards no longer worked. I was forced to get a new card and was told to mail in the old one to get the value back in a check. I called the service number on the website, received the instructions, followed them, sent the card back with all the necessary details, and still, after 3 months, I still have not received the money back. If you force me to change the card, at least honor giving back money from the old card!!

Apartment Owners - I do not use this company Dear , CSC serviceworks Company I live in 9 unit Complex Building. The address is 4720 Clinton LA,CA 90004 and I have been trying to get service for 5 weeks. At this moment we need help and need this fix, ASAP due to covid -19 everyone is doing laundry. 1st Machine Not working, the Agitater # 497-JKB The machine does not properly wash an spin. 2nd Machine Not working, says coin Error # 498-JKB The machine does not take any coins at all. All machine coins need to be pick up. I don’t know what to do next. 4720 Clinton st Los Angeles, Ca 90004. Very disappointed customer.
Worst company to work with. Thier customer service is horrible. They are a nightmare to work with. I hope they lose all business. Takes 5 days to get someone out to fix the washer and when they get there they say nothing is wrong when there clearly is cause it doesnt work. Great work!!!! Congrats. Another unhappy customer
Mold special!! Mold is free with every overpriced wash. Dirty discolored dryers are not a plus. Mold service works aka MRSA service works
