I parked here a few years ago and the experience was definitely memorable but for the wrong reasons. This is definitely the cheapest parking at Indy airport so if price is the only thing that matters to you, look no further. That being said, the old adage \you get what you pay for\ definitely applies. Upon return to Indianapolis and multiple phone calls, each with assurances that the shuttle was \on the way\ it finally arrived, 1 hour and 12 minutes after my first call. Based on the other reviews here and elsewhere that seems to be a recurring theme with them. The only good thing I can say about the extended wait is I saw dozens of bright green shuttles from a competing company that charges a little bit more, but not much, and is still a lot cheaper than the lots on airport property. I even had plenty of time to check out their website on my phone and bookmark it for my next trip. I've used them ever since and they have legitimately regular shuttle service; I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes and most of the time I exit the terminal and there is already a shuttle waiting. I don't know if I'm allowed to name competing companies in reviews so I won't, but I will say when it comes to airport parking I just want to PARK FAST and then RELAX, and that google search is your friend.

It's was a mess getting the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, the man we was REALLY RUDE both times we dealt with him. Cheap parking, but a pain! And no security for your card while you're gone. We'll spend more next time and be treated with respect!
When returning from vacation did exactly as instructed and was told 30 minute wait time for the shuttle. More like an hour and 2 more phone calls. When we finally got back to the hotel I went in and spoke with someone supposedly in authority who tried to tell me it had only been a 45minute wait. Not true! Will not be back!
My experience with Parking here for Airport Daily parking. I travel often and so far in Indy found that this place was the most affordable when it comes to daily parking rates for long periods. That said the Shuttle service which drops/picks-up from the airport is pathetic and unreliable when coming back from the airport. I waited at the pickup spot for almost an hour, the lady who was helping me from the Hotel front desk was rude and not very helpful. I ended up calling an Uber to get to the Hotel.
