Iv been attending, buying and recommending people to this shop over many years after never failing to receive good quality 10/10 5star customer service from the guys that run It.. love a good record hunt in the store... and these guys never fail to deliver!! They have always been genuine, good, polite guys running a wicked DJ equipment / record shop containing good quality products and always deliver a high standard service.. these guys know their stuff!! As always... I would highly recommend this store... it has something for every music lover, the guys that run it do their all and very best to help and have never failed to meet my customer requirements and those of others I have recommended to the store over the years.

If you're looking for good quality musical instruments and band equipment then PK music exchange is a must. I'm always like a kid in a candy shop whenever I go in there and Paul is one if the nicest guys you could ever hope to meet. Always worth dropping in, just for a browse or even a chat, a great shop full of surprises.

Just bought an audio interface from here. Work like a dream and a good price. Guy in there is friendly, and willing to give advice. I'd definitely go again.

Excellent large collection of second hand Vintage Vinyl LPs, some very rare, in good condition on top floor, at far cheaper prices than anywhere else in Bristol with a knowledgeable musician owner. Downstairs varied second hand CDs. You could find several bargains as I did !
