Just had a Hawaiian stuffed crust delivered, service was fast and the pizza was piping hot on arrival and all we can say was it was delicious.

This is the first time in our history of ordering that one of our pizzas was of unsatisfactory quality, the pizza itself had little to no sauce on the base whatsoever and it had hardly risen at all. We did call up and were provided with another pizza at no extra charge which we appreciate but when it arrived it was of no better quality than the previous one and still lacked sauce on the base instead sauce had been hastily drizzled onto the top of the pizza which was very insufficient and did not reflect the usual high quality we are used to from pizza villa. We do not know if this is due to a shortage of sauce for the base as we were not informed why this had occurred so we are left to speculate as to what went wrong tonight. edit: Later in the day i was called by the company and spoke to a very kind woman who offered to help me with my problem which was very kind as well as being offered free replacements for our inconvenience which was very generous. Have changed my review to 3 stars because of the EXTREMELY high quality customer service.

First time Ordering and i was impressed. The pizzas were tasty, well cooked and well made. This will be our go to pizza shop from. now on i am pleased to say. My only criticism was the chips turned up past their best but thats normal anyway on delivery food.

After getting a margarita pizza instead of chicken kiev for 2nd time in matter of weeks after using this place for a long time I won't be any longer.took to work so couldn't replace it either
