This was my first time at any pizza Roto location ever. I was excited by the concept of building my own pizza. I bought two different pizzas and went with two friends. I like the concept of watching the employees create my pizza and the ability to choose my own toppings. You could think of it as the same concept of going to a sub shop and having an employee put what you want on your food as you watch them do it. I have to say though overall I was disappointed in the quality of pizza itself. The crust was cooked fine but the rest of the dough or base of the pizza tasted as though it was undercooked and wet. The slices of the pizza itself were very small. The diameter of the pizza is 11 in. You only have one type of crust to choose from which is what they considered to be a thin crust. In my opinion, regardless of what toppings are on a pizza you should be able to pull out a slice and have it be straight enough for you to consume it. The slice should not immediately go limp and all the toppings fall off of it when you pull it away from the rest of the pizza! I've taken a good deal of pictures that will hopefully demonstrate what I'm talking about in terms of the pizza dough. With that said, it would be up to you whether or not you would go there just to have the build your own pizza experience.

This location is convenient to get to. I always have a good to great experience visiting. Best time I visited was in the early afternoon around 1pm. Evenings tend to be a busy time. Cleanliness could improve a bit in making sure options are not mixed in with one another. Staff has good hospitality. I would like of employees changed out their gloves more often between tasks and being aware of what they touch. Electronics coukd be sanitized after each use. That's the only downfall point of why I didn't give 5 stars.
They are amazing the best pizza ever in just 5 min. It is just life a subway but for pizza. You can either order off the menu or make your own. They have every topping imaginable.
I just left Pizza Roto in Highland Heights. I had the most amazing customer service and pizza! The young man who made my pizza was extremely nice, patient, and courteous. He made my pizza with care; the toppings were placed evenly throughout the entire pizza so every bite was equally delicious! And the pizza was hot and all of the toppings were fresh. Also, not to mention the bathroom was extremely clean. I will definitely be back. They have gained a new life long customer.
Great pizza. Crust was cooked to perfection and toppings covered good amount of the pizza. Had some problems with coupon codes tho
