I used to always order from Pizza Presto, never had any issues up until now. For our order tonight my partner called up a couple times to amend the order. I called up a third time to ensure the crust would be thin crust as he wasnt initially asked when the order was made. I was greeted on the phone by a woman with an attitude who sounds like she hates her job, who when speaking to her colleagues shouted, \its **** road calling AGAIN\ -- sorry forgive us for calling up to ensure that the order I'm paying my hard earned money on is what we actually want!! Anyway, the owner takes over the call and basically accuses us of lying??? Saying that when my partner made the order, he asked for deep pan...which he definitely did not! I was standing next to him when he was making the order, he wasn't asked what crust he wanted, which is why we had to call back up to ensure that. And also we never ever ever order deep pan! The owner then said he'd make an exception to make it thin crust, and warned that if we did this again then he wouldn't serve us again!!! Unbelievable. Dont worry, you wont be hearing from us again. Will be ordering my pizza from Super Pizza from now on, they have great pizzas and great customer service. I never usually write reviews on anything, but felt I had to for this!
