As a Family of x2 Adults x3 kids.. We just had pizzas, plain chips, chips with cheese & extra sauces. WE ordered chippy chips got frozen chips! All cheap/low quality ingredients! None of US ate the food it’s was awful, kids wouldn’t even eat the Ketchup it didn't even look like Tomato Ketchup! what a waste of good money! Got this food as a Treat as We are away on Holiday..... Would not recommend the food from here at all.... Worst Take Away food!‼️

I come from Whitby and I have thoroughly have enjoyed these fish & chip as much as Whitby fish & chips. The teliphone was answered immediately and our order came within within2o minutes Thankyou
good fish , cold drinks, soggy chips, odd smell, water down curry sauce, well wrapped and packaged.
I have to give 1 star. I've had horrible stomach ache for last 6 hours after what can genuinely only be described as the worst kebab ever. The kebab is served dry with just salad. There is no chilli sauce or garlic yogurt and the salad is served separate which doesn't work. The meat was extremely greasy and not nice. I probably ate about 5 mouth fulls as I was starving. Never have I thrown away nearly a full take away. I won't be returning.
Just been in Pizza Palace with my 12 year grandson who wanted to pay himself with his new bank card, the woman said they didn't take bank cards and her words were, \go to cash machine\ in such a tone that was quite frankly rude. I can appreciate they may not take bank cards but I found her attitude rude, we left as he didn't have enough to take 10 out of bank anyway and I didn't take my purse we left. Won't be going there again. Went somewhere else.
