Enjoyed the takeaway pizzas we ordered but staff were not wearing face coverings and 2 people of the family waiting were also not wearing theirs.

Pizza hut is were you get pizza. But menu was a bit confusing. On menu it says unlimited free salad but then we found it's unlimited but on per bowl. Refills are unlimited. Anyways. Drinks are same. Unlimited refills but they will charge per glass. Due to this misunderstand children thought, it's free and took as much glasses as they wanted and bowls as many as they wanted. And I had to pay Extara 50 pounds. Heavy on poket. But was great experience. Nice food.
Amazing staff! So kind and helpful. With the covid crisis making our pizza hut experience strange, the staff made sure we left full, happy and satisfied! I wish I got their names to let management know. Even so, the best pizza hut I've ever been too, mostly because of the staff! The restaurant itself was lovely!
The staff members Liam and Courtney were absolutely amazing and took very good care of us. They are a credit to your company and probably deserve a promotion. I have experienced such poor service and it seems like it’s the norm (in other places not yours) but these two know how to treat customers. Maybe they can help others in your business learn how to get it bang in right!
Couldn't recommend them enough. We went on a quite busy but cold day and they were seating inside only. We asked if we could sit outside as we had our dogs with us and they explained we could but the service might be a bit slower. The service was absolutely excellent and the staff kept braving the cold to come out and make sure we were looked after. Great service all round and tasty pizza too
