Food taste good but when it comes to getting staff attention and paying the bill you will be there forever! I waited 45 minutes to pay for my bill and it was quiet, no idea where all the staff disappear! It’s happened every single time I have gone to this branch!

We had a fun day on Saturday the staff was friendly but they do take ages to bring your bill. Spaghetti Bolognese was not great but the pizzas we had were tasty. Our boys do like this place. They did not have any offers since it was the day before Mother's day so our bill was quite hight. I have nothing bad so say about this place.
The pizza was cooked within about 5 minutes. It was almost raw it was greasy and we payed for 2 full size pizzas but because we ordered a plain margarita and said it was for the kid they made a small but still charged for large. It was pretty dissapointing and think maybe the reason was because we payed with love to shop vouchers as partner won them it was a special treat. Staff were friendly enough but food was let down.
I've always loved pizza express and have no complaints about the food. But they're handling of people during lockdown/tier measures leaves alot to be desired.
Came as part of a large group. The service team didn’t seem to care or cope that much. Far from terrible service, but a bit aloof. Food too it’s time, as did warm beer. As they had run out of cold bottled beer. Beer was expensive, you kinda know what you are getting with your pizza. Nothing amazing here despite the hype. A bit over cheesed!
