We were in Falmouth Pizza express and we received fantastic service from one of waitresses, she was very professional, friendly and had a great sense of humour. She was very quick with service our drink and food arrived fast and it was delicious. They were very careful and following the guidance by cleaning the tables etc ensuring social distancing. We loved the view by the harbour. When we come again we will certainly visit Pizza express for the yummy food!

Busy during the summer with almost all the tables taken on a Tuesday evening. This slowed the service down. Pizza is as you will know from Pizza Express and all other food items were tasty. Staff a little slow to provide plates, cutlery etc. Yes it’s busy but when they service the pizza on a plate that’s too small and means you can’t cut it, then they aren’t thinking about what they are doing.
Dreadful place. Restaurant manager (a lady) was rude & unhelpful. When my partner & I arrived we were told to go back down the stairs to enter our details although we told her that we had thought the place was closed. We then followed her into the dining area and were given a table against a wall next to the only two other people in the room. We asked if we could have a window seat but the manager said we could not as other people had already asked for window views (we had pre-booked our table but had not requested a window seat). The room was huge with approximately 20 - 30 empty tables so I’m sure we could have sat elsewhere. She was certainly unpleasant & because of her attitude we decided to leave. Since then we have visited a number of other Pizza Express outlets. All without exception have been pleasant & the staff warm & inviting. Falmouth is not one I would recommend. No wonder it was empty!!
Arrived here without a reservation. Seated straight away. Menus given etc. Very polite server. Drinks took ages to arrive as did the food. We were there for 2 hours in total. Don't know why everything took so long but there were many apologies for the tardiness. Nice food and the view from our table was lovely. Would I come here again...maybe.
Been to this restaurant before and the pizza was better last time. It may have been an off day but my pizza was rubbery and difficult to cut and eat. Shame as the staff were lovely and the restaurant is large and lively.
