Poor customer service. No follow ups done by their representatives, incomplete information provided. I have received incorrect items for which they dont even apologise or they to correct it. Never recommend to anyone. Totally disappointed with their service.

Considering we've spent almost 30k with P E, the after care service is terrible. No help with mantainence - spar parts, nothing. I've had to phone up Italy and ask questions about my oven that frankly they should know? These guys deliver a phone service - once you get your product they completely wash their hands. I'll be looking else where next time....
