I had a singing telegram sent to my husband at work for his 50th birthday along with a balloon bouquet and huge “50” balloons. I called 2 days in advance to set this up. Keith was very friendly and easy to work with. He offered suggestions to help me decide what characters to use. On the day they texted me to let me know they would be earlier than planned so I could be sure my husband would be around. I then got a picture afterwards. Wacky Jacks was great to work with!
This place is awesome! I love businesses that provide excellent customer service and Wacky Jack's definitely fits the bill. Not only did they take my call during off hours but took the time to help me select a package that offered a personalized telegram. My friend - the skeptic that he is - didn't fall for the prank we set up but was such a good sport. Thank you Wacky Jacks for making this fun for me too!!!
