Went downtown first time getting in and out in a reasonable time and I got to park in the front got there early and beat the crowd so go there in the middle of the week

Downtown dmv is a joke! Supervisor had the nastiest attitude today! I couldn't even get greeted professionally or ask questions! Then we stood outside for about a half hour before they even came out to give us a Tix! New supervisor them please! Unprofessional, lack of empathy and respect

This particular DMV office has always been super organized with polite staff whenever I go. While sometimes crowded due to its location downtown, it's never noisy or uncontrolled. Even the other patrons seem to be respectful of the location and staff.
