We called Shawn to come and flush our heating system and paid him 500. Right after he left we found out there is a leak so we called him right away to let him know. He came back and said the part need to be changed ( it was fine before he came to flush the heating system). The part just need to be tightened but he insisted to replace it and charged us extra 280. It’s ridiculous.
Shawn was a professional and VERY helpful technician who came to service our furnace. He also gave us pointers with some issues with our plumbing and was very flexible in terms of scheduling. Would definitely recommend!
Shawn, also goes by Happy Home Services. He comes in a tries to have you replace parts that do not need to be replaced. He also tries scare tactics and tries to coerce you into replacing parts and/or replacing your furnace. He charges 30% to 40% more for parts you don't need like a thermocouple, saying it can go at any time or replacing pipes that just need to be tightened. He's unscrupulous and very unprofessional.
I had no heat and called the number on my furnace and spoke with Sean (sp?). It was 6:00 pm and he was driving home but took to the time to pull over and facetime with me.. He fixed my problem in 5 minutes. Made my day. Thank you!
