PITSTOP Garage Newcastle - VW Specialist

Used Dave and the guys now for around 1 year. I have to say they are brilliant. Do a first class job on both my Mercs efficiently and promptly and they are also extremely friendly. Pricing is fair and above all honest. I am very careful who I let look after my cars and with Dave and the Pitstop guys I have found the perfect combination of trust and efficiency. Nothing seems a problem to them. I know I will always get a first class job by them to a highly professional standard. I have absolutely no problems at all in recommending them to anyone who wants a first class service or repair. This are one of the independent garages I can totally trust.

Great service from Dave at Pitstop for more than 20 years, wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Sorry to see Dave isn't running it any longer, can't speak for the current operators.

I have always had a really special relationship with Pitstop over a very long time. Dave, and now his son as well, have always made sure that I am well looked after that all the jobs are done well and quickly. Now my car is collected and returned --- and they both go out of their way to make sure that I am happy with their work. Quick general checks before long holiday drives and all smaller jobs are no problem for them. I can recommend them 100% . Thank you both. Sue

I agree with Ewan below! this garage service is terrible since Dave sold it on! He was the VW/Audi specialist not this novice! My friend had to do a section 75 charge back on a credit card for the poor work carried out!! Take this guy to small claims if you have any problems people. Proper cow boys! I also love how the owner has given his business a review as if he's a customer (yeah you Mark Beadling!!) customers will not stand for being ripped off!
