Experience was great comfortable beds bathrooms were pretty clean and rooms were air conditioned they provide bed sheets and pillow covers clean washed and they have breakfast options and in Main meal only pasta to have in lunch or dinner and halls were nice and garden too but the only reason to give 3 stars is bcoz I made mistake in choosing rooms for us I chose women room instead of boys but the guys said he can't change anything then I had to pay 26 euros in extra to make different rooms and it was non refundable so but the guy behind counter was nice in explanation

This hostel is amazing. It's clean, comfortable, there are loads of facilities and there's generally just a great atmosphere. Very sociable. But above all, the staff are excellent - everyone is so friendly and helpful. I mainly dealt with Veronica who was absolutely fantastic. She gives incredible customer service and made me feel welcome from the minute I arrived. Thanks so much for a great stay!

The staff very gentle. The hostel clean and in a pretty good location (close to the train station). For the price that I paid it was perfect! The only thing it was the kitchen, that it doesn't exist; but you can get drinks, food and whatever you like from the small bar at the reception! Good on ya guys!!

Very inexpensive and very clean. Really value for money. The bunk beds do not remind you of images of concentration camps in the Second World War. The showers are spacious and after you have checked out they let you leave your luggage and backpack in an alcove just in case your bus or train departs at 19.30 pm. Well worth it. The receptionist could be a model. She is stunning and very hospitable!

Booked this on hostel world. Worked out to be about 12 per person per night in the shared mixed dormitory. Good atmosphere at the hostel, very close to a carrefour and ideal walking distance from the airport and from the main train station. Staff were friendly, expensive beers but that's the only criticism really. Room was clean, bathroom was fine, nice hot shower in the morning. All in all a great experience, easy check in and check out too!

Most of the staff were really friendly. Check-in was nice and easy. Not sure the 3-hour lockout for cleaning is necessary. Was able to get a rare temperature change in the room. Usually, they don't change it for dorm rooms (which is not good especially if everyone agrees). Want tap water? That cool. Want ice in that? Too bad. That's reserved for those who pay the extortionate prices on offer. Prices are way too much for the products in the hostel - trying to charge a premium price for a standard product (This was my biggest gripe). Dorm beds are not the greatest. Had hip pain because of how thin the mattresses are. My primary reason for staying here was the proximity to the airport, train station, tower.

Stayed there one night. I was in a hurry and didn't book in advance they fixed me up with a room for a reasonable price. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The environment is clean and colorful. Not far from the centro storico and close enough to the airport.
