Very nice, clean chicken restaurant/takeaway. Food is of good quality and good prices. This is my 'go to' place for chicken.

Would have left zero star. Being loyal customer since they opened. Received burnt chicken. Called them to complain and the lady whom picked up the phone was laughing before saying hello . Told them would like to complain and she said we are closed. I did ask for replacement food because i have been waiting long and food received fully burnt . They never bothered. What a customer service !!! Well done and thanks for ruining our night.

Unreliable hygiene standards and poor customer service. First ever order from here with nandos being closed in lockdown. Ordering easy and collection went smooth. Opened up the order at home and the pita bread was mouldy in 3 places. Threw it away, emailed them the next day asking politely for a refund for this item only (3.20) with pics attached. They commented that the pictures were not consistent with mould, asked if they could have the pita bread back to launch an investigation. I responded that I had thrown the pita bread away but was certain it’s mould (I’m an adult who has encountered mould on bread before, who hasn’t?) been ignored since. Not worth my time chasing for a refund but please avoid. If they are not checking their produce for blatant, large patches of mould then their hygiene standards are clearly poor. I would not trust them to have to adequate covid-19 policies either after experiencing this. See the pictures for yourself.....
