Peri Desi- I like the fact that I didn't have to share a bowl of coleslaw and the salad with my friend. However your food, I had the beef sizler it wasn't the best sizler I had. The beef tasted pre-cooked and grainy, I have worked in bangali restaurant before and I know its pre-cooked to save time. Please calm down with the oil in the food, I don't like wasting food but your food was soo full of oil it made made me sick, flavour was very bad, it was very bland couldn't taste anything. Since I got back from Peri-Desi I have been having very bad stomache ache and feel very sickly . The only thing I enjoyed is your cheese nana bread, ane the fact that you use cheese and not cut up paneer cheese. I did taste a piece of wing from my friends plate and was disgusted the fact that the wing was still pink inside (please see the picture) Service could be little bit better, the atmosphere felt like I was in a restaurant back home in Bangladesh with colour of the wall, and the lighting, we are in the 21st century your decor is very depressing and needs to be updated you also need stop serving in chipped plate. Due to the fact that I have been having stomache ache whole night I will not be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, you are bangalis stick to the tradition food, I don't understand why you trying to be Nandos.

Purchased the peri desi special offer which has gone up in price when advertised otherwise. But had the cheek to decrease the portion and provide burnt chicken. Disappointed.
I ordered on the 15/01/2021 the peri desi special which was suppose to be 9.99 as advertised on the window but has now gone up to 11.99. The price is not an issue. But the portion has decreased in size incredibly and it was burnt! Ridiculous I ordered on the 08/01/2021 the food was GREAT and paid 9.99 in the space of a week went up in price and reduced in size. Disappointed

I would say this is one of my go to spots always had a pleasant experience and spot on food. However, today the food was nice but I had experienced poor service from the staff especially when I got questioned for paying part of the bill in pound coins i was quiet disgusted. I would rate the food 4 out of 5 star but the service I received today 1 out of 5 star.
