I just had my first experience with eyeglasses. I checked online and found the pair that liked the most. The customer service was nothing but helpful and very kind and on top of that my glasses arrived in 2 business days. Highly recommended!
I bought from this shop Ray-Ban glasses online. Prices are good and they offer a wide range of frames. I had ordered during summer holidays season so there was some delay and I had to leave, I asked them to send the glasses after a certain date and they timely did it, no problem. But - and that's something that the large majority of sellers don't get - I have received a parcel with a thank you card handwritten and 2 candies. It may seem a silly thing compared to a 139 frame but shows a rare care and kindness which means much more than a simple object. I immediately ate my candies happy to have met some smart sellers in this jungle of worried shopkeepers.
