A very friendly, professional, and good value for money service. I have used twice now: once for loops lowering on a dressing gown and secondly for a replacement runner on a coat. On a third occasion, today, the ladies informed me that I didn't actually need any work done. So good service even when business couldn't be done !

What can I say, brilliant service every time. The quality of work is a professional finish and always reliable. All types of alterations undertaken including curtains as well as clothing, coats, suits, wedding dresses, sleeves, jeans, trousers etc. Friendly homely staff that make you want to stay in the shop for a chat! Exceptional value for money. Would recommend Pins N Needles to anyone!
Dry cleaning service well happy with results nice polite staff. Nice clean shop my item was ready when they said it would be. No complaints here..
