Just purchased a bbq pizza like I have done on numerous occasions which I always add plain chicken to. However did the same tonight and got chicken tikka on it instead. Called to say this is not what I have and was told I should specify which chicken I want as they put tikka on it now..I did specify chicken which should be plain, there was no where that states this is no plain.. No apology, no refund and no replacement. Chips are also bruised throughout.. So much for customer service hey.. Shall not be going there again.
