Outstanding! In need of earwax removal, and having been given the run around by one of the larger chains of opticians, who seem to do hearing 'on the side', a quick Google found VIP Hearing in Eastcote. Whereas the larger chains couldn't offer anything for at least ten days, VIP Hearing could see me the next day. Upon arrival, a short Q&A to complete to make sure I had no other issues (vertigo, perforation, etc), the process of microsuction was short and painless - probably less than 3-4 minutes. The added value came from the free consultation about hearing protection (I ride a motorcycle) and I picked up loads of advice and recommendation from James about the how/what/where/where of earplugs. The price for microsuction was 85, which is about 30 more than I'd pay at the local branch of the big chain, but the added value I got more than made up for it. A similar service in the West End (where I work) was priced around 155, which I even consider briefly earlier this week. I also got given a small spray of earwax softener, and firm advice to use it three times a month! I can highly recommend VIP Hearing - they're thoroughly nice people, the service was quick and efficient, there's great parking nearby, and they could see me quickly. Excellent all round!

Not all Superhero's Wear Capes!............. some have very bushy beards and a sidekick called Sarah! I cant begin to tell you how much I felt this company went over and above for me yesterday. I had been really nervous to go to get my ear wax removed and had left it for far too long but after Sarah did everything she could to get me an appointment James ensured that he persevered until everything was removed in one visit (so much was taken out Im sure I have lost 2lbs! haha). I would not only recommend VIP Hearing Solutions, I would encourage anyone to go and see them as they really do care about all things ears!! Thank You again to James and Sarah!!
