Great restaurant, we loved the salads! Service is awesome, we've got a short intro for the wine even though it was packed. We had to wait approx. 30 min for a table but it was well organized, everyone got his/her place when it was their turn. Fairly priced and great view on the river!

We visited in September 2019. We arrived by train early so we found a nice walkway along a small tributary of the Douro River. It begins at the restaurant. There are some beautiful gardens and high end boats to look at. The food was perfect. Had the octopus. Great service too.

Awesome food. Great ambiance, especially outside on the terrace, facing the lake. Try the various fish or can definitely recommend the Veal. And of course, the excellent staff make it all the more better.

Delicious and copious food for affordable prices. A lovely interior decor and table setting. Large terrace on the outside with a beautiful view of the lake and the hills. Large variety of wine from the region, products are healthy and cooked on coco coal which add in flavour. Service is excellent, servers speaking multiple languages and being very nice. Absolutely recommend, it is definitely worth a trip.

Super delicious! Everything we had was lovely and the octopus was perfectly cooked. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend some delicious wines. Highly recommend.

Only had a small selection of dishes from the menu. Still didnt go wrong with the nice 550g steak fit for two. Friendly service, nice views of the river. Reasonably priced.

Unique and Savory Octopus Dish! Loved the seasonings of each dish served! One of the Best restaurants for Seafood in Villa Real!
