I spoke to Mark on the phone explaining the defect with my pinball machine, he was very helpful but unfortunately we couldn’t resolve the problem over the phone. He put me in contact with Geoff who came to my home the next day found the fault within minutes, gave the machine a quick overhaul and clean . Very nice guys pleasure to do business with , highly recommend .

Outstanding service with a smile from Mark and Geoff. Our first hire was at short notice, the guys really pushed the boat out to help liven up our lockdown birthday celebrations with bar football and a classic pinball. Enjoyed the entertainment so much that we followed this with another pinball hire. Pricing is entirely fair (particularly when you consider the cost of owning and running a pinball machine) and technical support is there if needed. A pleasure doing business with Pinball Alley. A theme park in a box - the presence of a pinball table injects fun and positive vibes to any household or occasion - highly recommended!

Pinball Geoff is an absolute legend! I had an old machine from the 1970's that needed some repairs. Geoff knew the machine inside out and within a short space of time he got it up and running and playing perfectly. Great communication, fairly priced. Would def use again.
