Discovered this amazing shop during lock down (they kept me sane). Ordered plants from this wonderful shop a few times...and will continue to. Excellent quality plants that were packed well and arrived very quickly with lovely care cards with plenty of information. Love all my plants. Customer service is exceptional and always so helpful in offering advice and answering questions not only on the plants they sell but others too. Always get back to you so quickly which shows their commitment to providing an excellent service. I would recommend this lovely plant shop to anyone and hope I can visit it one day.

We ordered two plants and pots, which arrived quickly, beautifully packed and in excellent condition. The plants came with small cards with lots of handy care tips on light, humidity, watering etc. One was for us and the other made an excellent gift. We loved them so much that we placed another order and were equally pleased with our beautiful prayer plant. Lots of lovely plants and pots to choose from online and it's great to support an independent business.

I have had two orders from this company, the first one arrived well but was smaller than expected. The second I ordered about 6 plants which were unfortunately put in a box far too small with no protection so two of the most expensive ones were damaged. After paying 15 postage this wasnt what I expected. I contacted the company and they kindly responded and helped me resolve the issue. Perhaps in smaller orders this is a good online plant store but I cant say I'll be ordering again.
