We have used this place for 15 years but won't go back . We bought a spa from them yesterday and asked the guy serving us to get the sanitiser tablets we needed which he did, we went to put the tablet in the ball but they were about 10 sizes to big oh just cut them to size said the assistant then tried to charge us for a ball to fit tablets no refund can be given as you opened the packet . Have now ordered the correct ones from Amazon but we're 25 euro down now. Shame on you Alpunte.
