ATTENTION: OPLICHTERS!!! In March 2017 I bought a Honda Civic 2009. In the price paid for the car it was included a package worth EUR 799, which included among other \general maintenance - groot onderhoud\ . I could have chosen for small maintenance, but wanted to have the car in good order. One year later, I was provided by Roots with the list of things done. I checked with Honda official dealer and they confirmed that the few things done barely qualifies as Klein onderhoud, they do not represent Groot onderhoud. So I paid a package which was not delivered to me actually . Furthermore, while doing the normal change of oil and filters, the mechanic advised me that even the oil and filters are looking as they are not changed for few years. Therefore, I believe I paid eur 799 for nothing I wrote to the company asking their position about this, I haven't received any answer in the last ten days. I intend to file legal action against them and to address the matter to Consumentenbond . I strongly advise you to avoid this company they are just crooks.

Na een afspraak te hebben gemaakt voor een proefrit, kwamen we al snel tot een overeenkomst, welke naar ieders tevredenheid is gesloten. Nette, klantvriendelijke behandeling, zowel persoonlijk, alsook telefonisch. Goed overleg, behulpzaam, kortom goede service. Een aanrader!

telefonisch contact gehad met Mike, goed te woord gestaan, had interesse in een BMW 1 serie cabrio, na 2 dagen gaan kijken en wat bleek, hij had de auto voor mij vast gehouden, dan maak vaak anders mee. Auto stond er netjes,gepoetst en origineel bij, historie kompleet, alarm certificaten erbij. aantoonbaar 1e eigenaar, 1 jaar APK en pas een beurt gehad. Op mijn vragen had Mike goede antwoorden of zocht het op, Auto had lichte achterschade welke tegen kostprijs wordt hersteld, kortom top ervaring! Daarop begrijp ik de zeer negatieve reakties niet. 5 sterren
