Go early, I read other reviews that said the same thing. The deal is you can ride as much as you can within the hour you purchased. Even with it being pretty busy we went six times. Also the staff was a concern in other reviews, they are on the younger side but they kept it moving and organized, we didn’t have any issues while there.

My family and I were able to enjoy indoor tubing January 20, 2021 at Pigeon Forge Snow. We didn't know what to expect since we've only ever been tubing outdoors. The staff at Pigeon Forge Snow was friendly and helpful. The temperature inside was perfect and we didn't have to \layer up\ like we do outside. The lines moved quickly and because the lanes are mostly ice you glide down the slopes at a fast, fun pace. We will definitely return and I've already referred several people. Also, I read this is open year round... tubing all year, yes!! Lastly, even if you don't want to tube, you can watch from a second story area and take pics or videos of your family flying down the slopes while enjoying a snack or drink from their indoor store.

The facility is impressive from the outside. Walk in and you’ll be greeted by their teenage staff who in my estimation 80% do not wear a mask and the rest that do wear a mask, do not wear it properly. There are no signs advising that masks are required. The bathroom smelled of spilled urine. Their snow tubing is just a big straight, partially snow covered slide. It’s really not a big deal. Their snow play area was filled with hard snow, not much fun. As far as actual fun, 30 minutes should suffice if there’s hardly any crowd because going up and down does get redundant after a while. If you go earlier in the day expect large crowds and long wait times. They don’t require masks nor social distancing so beware of the risk!

Super fun. Price was reasonable. It costs 22 for an hour. It was super busy but we managed to go 4 times. Only 3 stars because there was 0 social distancing whatsoever! Also, the employees were not wearing masks! Are you kidding me? It's a pandemic!!

What an awesome place to spend an hour. Reasonably priced and my family of 4 had a blast. The slides are fast and fun, the staff is friendly and helpful. They even have a photographer who took some awesome pictures (which you can purchase). They also have a snow(sand)box which we didn't use, but looked decent for little kids. Definitely recommend spending an hour there!
