Ordered a Sunday lunch for my sister and partner as an Easter present. Firstly was told it would be chicken and gammon turned up which I would not have ordered. Secondly it arrived late afternoon cold with an apology that their sat nav couldn't find it. The address was less than 5 mins in the car. It was so cold it had to be reheated. My Easter gift cost me 18. It would have been better for me to cook them a meal and take it around. Very, very disappointed.
